A Holiday in Review....It's A Long One!

To say we have been a little busy is an understatement. December flew by and we had such a great holiday and January has been packed with excitement as well. I knew that I had to get on here and post our Christmas pics before I could start with the week long celebration of Sophia's second birthday. Did I mention that we ALWAYS do holiday's in the biggest way around here. Christmas was no exception. We had many celebrations and we are so blessed and thankful to spend time with our family and friends. Sophia loved the holiday's this year. She was amazed by all of the lights and trees and was so dissapointed when we had to take everything down. To this day we still have to watch Frosty The Snowman at least once a day! Thank goodness for DVR!

Sophia on her new 4 wheeler that Santa brought her...we are waiting on it to stay warm so that she can get some good riding time!

Only one speed......wide open!

And what would Christmas at G and Pappy's be without cupcakes...at least one a day...Christmas day....4 cupcakes. And we wonder why she likes to go there so much!!!

Sophia got new Farm boots to go chasing cows with pappy. Pappy got a new car seat for the farm truck so that Sophia can start to tag along at the farm!!! That should be an interesting site!

G and Pappy got Sophia her first bike to ride. Since it was too cold (and early) to go ride outside we just made do with the hardwood floors! At least she didn't have to wear the helment inside.

This could possibly be Sophia's favorite christmas toy. Sophia now has her own makeup table equipped with mirror, curling iron, makeup and lots of bottles of fun hair and makeup for play. This was especially picked up and mostly put together by Pappy (with a little help from Daddy). Pappy was so proud that he was in charge of this gift.

This was the year of the baby. Baby high chair, baby stroller, baby pack n play, you name it.....we have it now. Sophia plays with her babies every minute she gets!!! Who is the baby here?

Now if we can get her to use the real vaccuum we will be doing good!

And the tea set.....she and her babies have tea all day long!

Our second Christmas Day celebration was at my Grandma Fortner's. The house is now full of little ones. Of course you could never get all of them together looking at the same time! And look who is trying to escape. From oldest to youngest...Eden, Sophia, Jayden and Katie Marie!

Our final Christmas celebration was in Atlanta with Jamie's family. Somewhere between the beginning of our Christmas celebration and our final destination in Atlanta Sophia and I both got the "crud". We were not feeling our best but we still had a great time. And yes we managed to pass on our "Crud" to the Coleman kiddo's. Everyone is feeling much better now thankfully!
Sophia and Kylie had so much fun together. They loved playing in the Castle tent that Nana got for each of them!
And Aunt Chelle as always giving Sophia lots of love...despite her snotty sickly self!!!

We had such a wonderful holiday this year. This pic with G says it all!!!
My sweet Santa.....looking all grown up!!

What more could you want after all of your Christmas celebrations than to snuggle up with your Great Grandma! Sophia a little pooped out giving Grandma Vines love.

I will try to do better with Blogging. Hopefully things will calm down a little bit now that the holiday's are over. Now we are ready for Miss Priss's Birthday Celebration!!!

Yes, I could see Sophia loving the "Dress Up like Mommy" table the most! I remember her racing around in your high heeled wedges the last time I saw her. And even tackling my much bigger stillettos! Hope she has a wonderful birthday! luv, ENM
